Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with basic knowledge of accounting, Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, and GST compliance. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, statutory filings, and day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions

Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and small businesses

Handle GST-related work, including:

GST Registration

GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

Assist in preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L)

Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

Manage invoices, bills, and vouchers

Support in TDS calculation and return filing

Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance requirements

Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Understanding of ITR filing and GST compliance

Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Busy, or similar

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (or pursuing)

Prior internship or experience in accounting or taxation
