Job Title: Accountant cum Admin

Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to handle day-to-day accounting, invoicing, GST compliance, and general office operations. You'll work closely with our CA for audits and ensure smooth financial + admin workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Billing: Prepare, issue, and track client invoices; follow up on receivables

Accounting: Record daily transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable, maintain ledgers in Tally

GST & Compliance: Manage GST working, file returns, coordinate with CA for GST audits and statutory compliance

Admin Support: Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, filing systems, petty cash, and basic HR documentation

Reporting: Assist with monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and expense reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field

1 year of experience in accounting + admin role

Hands-on with invoicing, Tally, MS Excel, and GST filings

Experience coordinating with CAs for audits preferred

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
