Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Verify and process employee reimbursements and expense claims.

Assist during audits by providing required documentation.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).

1 year of accounting experience.

Basic understanding of accounting standards and taxation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of GST filing and TDS compliance.

Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
