Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Claim Billing / Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for processing billing information, verifying claim details, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day back-office operations. Freshers with good communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Process claim billing and maintain accurate records.

• Verify claim documents and billing details for accuracy.

• Update customer and claim information in internal systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Prepare reports and maintain documentation.

• Handle data entry and back-office administrative tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and billing information.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.

• Good typing speed and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
