Accountant (Part-Time) - IIFT Bhopal
Location: IIFT, MP Nagar Zone 2, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule Options:
2 hours daily (Monday–Saturday), OR
2 days per week (8 hours per day)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for IIFT Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and registers
Record and track all expenses and income transactions
Maintain cash book, ledger, and supporting documentation
Prepare and update financial statements and reports
Manage vouchers, bills, and receipts systematically
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor payments
Assist in statutory compliance and documentation (GST, TDS, etc.)
Coordinate with management for financial updates and reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience and working schedule)
