Accountant (Part-Time) - IIFT Bhopal

Location: IIFT, MP Nagar Zone 2, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Part-Time

Work Schedule Options:

2 hours daily (Monday–Saturday), OR

2 days per week (8 hours per day)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for IIFT Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and registers

• Record and track all expenses and income transactions

• Maintain cash book, ledger, and supporting documentation

• Prepare and update financial statements and reports

• Manage vouchers, bills, and receipts systematically

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor payments

• Assist in statutory compliance and documentation (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Coordinate with management for financial updates and reporting

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience and working schedule)
