• Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, payment receipts, and expense records.
• Assist in drafting official letters, emails, quotations, and business correspondence.
• Maintain and organize invoices, vouchers, bills, and other documents.
• Handle basic administrative activities and day-to-day office coordination.
• Maintain Excel sheets and accounting records.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and basic bookkeeping activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
