Job Description (JD) – Accountant

Company: iFuel Private Limited

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Survey Chowk

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions

Handle sales and purchase entries in accounting software

Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers

Manage cash book, bank entries, and petty cash records

Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly

Maintain GST records and assist in GST filing work

Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors

Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records

Assist management with basic financial reports and office accounting work

Coordinate with CA/accounting team for compliance-related tasks

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)

Good communication and record-keeping skills

Graduate or pursuing graduation in Commerce/Accounts preferred

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
