Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses, and payments)

 Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation

 Handle costing of products, raw materials, and production processes

 Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance

 Monitor accounts payable and receivable

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

 Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits

 Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions

 Work closely with the production team for cost analysis

 Manage ESI & PF compliance and filings

 Handle import & export documentation and accounting

 Handle attendance and payroll processing

 Coordinate with bank for documentation
