Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with financial softwares (Advance Excel and Tally)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Use Tally for accounting operations and reporting
Analyze financial data using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial processes

Skills Required:

3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong command of Tally ERP
Advanced Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Charts etc.)
Good understanding of invoicing, GST, TDS and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
E-commerce industry experience will be an added advantage
