he Accountant is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role supports the finance team in budgeting, auditing, and financial planning activities.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP system.

• Handle purchase, sales, journal, and payment entries.

• Prepare ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and manage cash flow.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Assist in preparing Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Handle GST calculation, return filing, and reconciliation.

• Prepare TDS working and ensure timely deposit and return filing.

• Assist with audits (internal/external) and maintain compliance documentation.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Follow up with vendors/customers for pending payments.

• Maintain ageing reports for debtors and creditors.
