What You Will Do

This is a straightforward, practical role focusing on the day-to-day basics. You won't have to deal with complex corporate accounting. Your main tasks will be:

• Invoicing: Sending bills to our clients and checking in on unpaid balances.

• Paying Bills: Keeping track of vendor invoices and technician receipts so everyone gets paid on time.

• Data Entry: Entering daily sales and expenses into our accounting software (like QuickBooks).

• Bank Matching: Checking our bank statements against our records to make sure everything adds up.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic Experience: A year or two of experience doing simple bookkeeping, data entry, or office admin work.

• Software: Comfortable using QuickBooks (or similar tools) and basic Excel.

• Organized: You are neat, detail-oriented, and double-check your work.

• Honest & Reliable: You take pride in doing a good job and being trustworthy.
