Job Title: Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant

Location: PerfecTax Consultants, Gurugram
Positions: 2–4
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & skill level)

Job Description

We are looking for sincere, disciplined and growth-oriented candidates to join our Accounting & Finance Management Team at PerfecTax Consultants.
The work involves day-to-day accounting, monthly compliance, MIS support and assisting in client-related tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who wants stable long-term growth, hands-on learning and a respectful working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally / software

• Handle sales, purchase, expenses & bank entries

• Prepare MIS reports, basic financial statements & reconciliations

• Perform GST working, 2A/2B reconciliation, GSTR-1 & 3B support

• Support in audit documentation and internal checking

• Coordinate with senior team members for client data collection

• Maintain proper files, records and office discipline

• Ensure accuracy, timelines, and confidentiality in all tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST & TDS

• Working knowledge of Tally is preferred

• Good understanding of Excel

• Ability to learn fast and handle deadlines during busy periods

• Honest, disciplined and responsible attitude towards work

• Freshers with good learning mindset can also apply
