Urgently looking for an Accountant in Malad East.

Job Description:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and support accurate financial decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Location: Malad East near Station

Salary: 30-40k

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions, bank accounts, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and payroll-related entries.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports.

• Assist with tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance.

• Monitor financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.

• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.

• Implement and follow internal financial controls.

• Provide financial analysis and reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience.

• Knowledge of accounting principles, tax requirements, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, GST, ITR / TDS

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• High standards of confidentiality and professional integrity.

Success Measures

The Accountant will be evaluated on the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, compliance with applicable regulations, effectiveness of reconciliations, and quality of financial reporting.
