Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime, including sales, purchase, billing, invoicing, and expenses.

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory accounting/compliance.

• Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, AP/AR, vendor payments, and cash flow.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.

• Maintain payroll accounting and statutory deduction entries.

• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and financial records.

• Coordinate with CAs/auditors for audits, ROC filings, and annual compliance.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in an Indian Private Limited Company – Mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, billing, inventory, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation.

• Experience preparing MIS and financial statements.

• Good MS Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

• Experience coordinating with Chartered Accountants/auditors; ROC compliance knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent preferred.

Candidate Preference

• Candidates with 3–6+ years of relevant Private Limited Company experience, strong Tally Prime expertise, and hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, inventory, and reporting will be preferred.

• Candidates without Indian Private Limited Company experience, Tally Prime exposure, or the required 3+ years of experience will not be considered.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
