Experience: 3-5 Years (Construction Industry preferred)

Job Summary

The Site Accountant will be responsible for managing all on-site accounting and financial activities for HMBS Textiles Pvt. Ltd. This role ensures accurate financial records, cost control, and smooth coordination between the site and head office.

Job Responsibility

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

• Monitor site budgets and control operational costs

·         Maintain daily accounts: purchases, expenses, cash, and bank transactions

·          Manage petty cash and site-level expenses

·          Process supplier invoices and contractor bills

·          Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile accounts

·          Maintain worker attendance, shifts, and overtime records

•  Coordinate with HR for salary processing

•  Maintain labour/employee records and documentation

·          Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees/workers

·          Coordinate with HR team for workforce planning

·          Prepare MIS reports for management

·          Report financial and workforce data to Head Office
