We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team, Gomec Enterprise. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers 20k - 30k and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in ERP/Accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks).

• Handle account reconciliation, including bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliation.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits and provide required documentation.

• Perform GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings and record maintenance.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Verify invoices, bills, and purchase orders, and ensure accurate record keeping.

• Support management with budgeting and cost tracking.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 2+ years of experience. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
