Garvita Agencies is a leading FMCG distribution company based in Jaipur, working with reputed brands and supplying to retail markets and institutional partners. We are expanding our operations and looking for a responsible Accountant Cum Telecaller to manage accounts and customer coordination.

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Work

• Maintain daily sales and purchase entries in accounting software (Tally / Excel).

• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment records.

• Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers.

• Maintain stock records and basic inventory reports.

• Handle expense entries and petty cash records.

• Assist with GST bills, debit notes, and claim records.

Telecalling Work

• Call retailers, restaurants, and existing customers to take orders.

• Inform customers about new products, schemes, and offers.

• Maintain customer database and order details.

• Coordinate with sales team and warehouse for order dispatch.

• Handle basic customer queries and complaints.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally / Accounting software.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing process.

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).

• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.

• Organized and responsible attitude.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
