About Us

Fliptrip Holidays is a growing travel and tourism company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages, visa assistance, and travel-related services. We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with prior travel industry experience to support our finance and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities related to travel bookings, invoices, and payments

• Maintain accurate records of client payments, vendor payments, and reconciliations

• Follow up with clients for pending and overdue payments in a professional manner

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for billing and payment closure

• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations

• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports as required by Management and HR

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

• Complete tasks assigned by the Accounts Head / HR in a timely manner

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory prior experience in the travel or tourism industry

• Strong understanding of accounting processes related to travel operations

• Comfortable with client follow-ups for payments

• Good command of English (both verbal and written communication)

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting tools/software

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Strong coordination and communication skills

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts within the travel industry

Compensation

• ₹20,000 to ₹23,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
