Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Ensure timely payment of bills and collection of receivables
Support internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, ERP systems)
Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
