Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Support GST/TDS filings and other statutory compliance
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Assist in audits by providing required documentation and reports
Generate financial reports as required by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
2 years of relevant accounting experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
