Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: 12th Pass /Undergraduate/Graduate

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Preferred: CA Articleship Candidates

Office hours - 10 - 07 pm ( 6 days working )

Location: Uttam Nagar

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience are preferred. CA Articleship candidates will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

* Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting entries.

* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable.

* Perform bank and account reconciliations.

* Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

* Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting-related requirements.

* Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.

* Assist in other accounting and finance-related activities as required.

Requirements

* 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Accounting.

* 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* CA Internship candidates are preferred.

* Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

* Working knowledge of Tally / MS Excel will be an advantage.

* Good numerical and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Work Details

* Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

* Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* Working Days: 6 days per week

* Employment Type: Full-Time.
