EMEDIX Wellness Pvt Ltd operates the e-medix Smart Pharmacy franchise network and is expanding rapidly across Bihar and Jharkhand. We are looking for a competent accountant who can manage financial records and ensure statutory compliance for the company.

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce / Accounts (B.Com preferred)

Candidate must have attempted or qualified CA (Inter / Final)

Relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance preferred

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain proper books of accounts and financial records

Handle daily accounting entries and reconciliation

Manage accounts using Zoho Books

Statutory Compliance

Handle GST compliance and filings

Manage TDS deduction and payment

Ensure Income Tax compliance and tax payments

Maintain company compliance requirements

Payroll & Labour Compliance

Manage salary processing and payroll records

Ensure compliance with PF, Professional Tax, and Labour laws

Financial Management

Vendor payment processing and reconciliation

Tracking payments from franchise stores

Bank reconciliation and financial reporting

Required Skills

Good understanding of Indian taxation and compliance

Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

High level of accuracy and financial discipline
