We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.
Maintain cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
Prepare bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
Generate invoices and follow up on receivables.
Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
Assist in preparing GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain TDS records and support related documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper accounting records.
Manage petty cash and expense records.
Required Skills
2–5 years of accounting experience.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
