We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant for our packaging manufacturing setup. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, purchase accounting, transport bill verification, and maintaining financial records accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and maintenance of Customer Orders (COA) / Sales Orders and related documentation.
Preparation of GST-compliant sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Recording and verification of purchase invoices and supplier bills.
Checking and processing transport and freight bills, including reconciliation with dispatch records.
Maintaining purchase, sales, stock, and expense records in accounting software.
Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
Monitoring receivables and payables and following up on outstanding payments.
Assisting in GST compliance, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinating with production, dispatch, and procurement teams for accounting and documentation support.
Preparing MIS reports and supporting management with financial data.
Maintaining proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
