Maintained detailed records of account transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
Performed general ledger account reconciliations and generate updated financial documents.
Completed month-end and year-end close procedures and reconciled bank accounts.
Good knowledge of accounting concepts.
Collection and verification of statutory documents.
Keeping updated with government tax rules and regulations.
Updating and handling daily bank entries.
Generating and updating sales and purchase invoices, respectively.
Preparation of various MIS reports.
Reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
Maintain and handle records of petty cash.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax workings
· Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal). Good Knowledge in Tally.
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
· 5-10 years of experience in accounts/finance
· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
· Experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally Prime)
