Job Description

Financial Records: Maintain the general ledger, process accounts payable/receivable, and ensure accurate, up-to-date data entry.

Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets monthly to ensure accuracy.

Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit/loss, balance sheets).

Tax Compliance: Calculate tax payments, prepare tax returns, and comply with all legal financial regulations.

Analysis & Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.

Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary records and reports.

Requirements and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

Experience: Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups) and accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.

Workable

Optional/Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license.
