Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and day-to-day accounting transactions.
Handle GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related compliance.
Prepare and file TDS returns, calculate TDS, issue certificates, and ensure timely compliance.
Manage accounting activities using Tally / Tally Prime, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation, monitor bank transactions, and maintain banking records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Assist with auditing, preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and coordination with auditors.
Maintain proper documentation and records for GST, TDS, income tax, banking, and statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly financial reports, trial balance, profit & loss statements, and balance sheet schedules.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and statutory authorities when required.
