Job Description

Dhingra Groups is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, audits, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally (ERP)

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliations

• Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Assist in internal and external audits and provide required data

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Manage payroll processing and related compliance

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)

• Good experience in Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing

• Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory filings

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (can be adjusted as needed)

Preferred Qualities

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Organized, responsible, and trustworthy

• Experience working with CA firms or corporate accounting setups is a plus
