• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and account reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

2. Bookkeeping & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Generate MIS reports for management review

• Maintain general ledger and trial balance

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and accounting standards

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in preparing annual budgets

• Monitor expenses and analyze variances

• Support cost control and financial planning activities

5. Banking & Cash Handling

• Reconcile bank statements regularly

• Monitor cash flow and manage daily cash transactions

• Handle online banking transactions and vendor payments

6. Payroll Processing

• Prepare employee salary statements

• Ensure statutory deductions like PF, ESI, PT, etc.

• Maintain payroll records

7. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents

• Safeguard confidential financial information

• Ensure data accuracy and backup

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of taxation laws
