Maintain daily books of accounts including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.
Manage debtor and creditor records with accurate follow-ups.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain records of logistics transactions, freight bills, and vendor payments.
Ensure timely GST entries, basic GST working, and coordination with the CA.
Handle cash flow, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Maintain inventory and expense reports related to logistics operations.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
Support management with financial data as required.
Knowledge of Tally, Excel & basic GST is mandatory.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Experience in logistics, transport, or service industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
