Job Opening: Operations & Accounts Executive
Company: Datanal Services Pvt Ltd / Blaskwels
Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi (100m from Metro Station)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual to manage our invoicing, client communications, and internal payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Billing: Generate professional invoices for international and domestic clients.
Payment Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with clients via email for outstanding payments and reconcile bank credits.
Payroll Management: Maintain monthly salary sheets, incentive records, and office expenses.
Email Management: Manage official correspondence and provide professional responses to client queries.
Requirements:
Excellent written English for professional email drafting.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Basic understanding of accounts, payment cycles, and billing.
Immediate joiners living near West Delhi/Dwarka preferred.
