We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at Darshan Safety Zone. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling payment follow-ups with customers and maintaining payment records

• Preparing and issuing invoices/bills accurately and on time

• Generating and managing E-way Bills and E-invoices as per GST norms

• Coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Logistics, etc.)

• Managing and tracking dispatch-related documentation and activities

• Ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation regulations

• Maintaining proper records and MIS reports related to accounts and dispatch

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
