Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our automobile dealership/workshop. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, and supporting the finance team in daily accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare and process sales, purchase, service, and expense invoices.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

• Maintain records of workshop and dealership expenses.

• Manage GST-related invoices and documentation.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure accuracy of data entry in accounting software/DMS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts.

• Experience in the Automobile Dealership / Workshop industry will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / DMS and MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
