Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly
Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records accurately
Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Coordinate with auditors for audits and documentation
Manage petty cash and track company expenses
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Use accounting software like Tally / ERP systems for data entry and reporting
