Position: Accountant – Real Estate Firm
📍 Location: Mira Road
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
💼 Experience: 0.6–2 years

Requirements:
• B.Com preferred
• Tally Prime – mandatory
• GST & TDS knowledge
• GST/TDS return filing experience
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Bank reconciliation & ledger management
• Experience in real-estate accounting preferred
• Should be able to coordinate with CA for tax filings
• Good knowledge of documentation and accounting records

Job Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day accounting in Tally
• GST & TDS work
• Purchase/sales and expense entries
• Bank reconciliation
• Customer/vendor ledgers
• Property/rental-related accounting
• MIS and Excel reports
• Coordination with CA, banks and vendors
