Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support audit processes and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for financial matters.
