Job Title: Junior Accountant

Experience: 1yrs – 2yrs

Location: Thumbai Village, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu

Qualifications: BCom / Any relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Records Keeping: (Maintain up-to-date financial records, ledgers, Journals, and accounts, using tally ERP software.)

• Manage petty cash, including received copy from dispatch of all deliveries and accounts payable/receivable.

• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely and accurate filings of returns.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling vendor and customer accounts, and addressing discrepancies promptly

• Prepare Financial statements, balance sheet, Income statement, and cash flow statements on a regular basis.

• Monitor and control company expenses, analyze cost variances, and suggest cost saving measures.

• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, provide required documentation, and respond to audit inquiries.

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the organization.

• Compliance (Stay updated with accounting and tax regulations relevant to the construction industry and ensure compliance).

Required Skills:

• Strong communication (written & verbal)

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of e-invoice processes

• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively

• Problem-solving and time-management skills

• Experience with ERP tools is an added advantage

• Candidates having experience in Construction Field are preferable
