Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoice management.

• Prepare bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and track company expenses.

• Support in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and compliance with statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all accounting transactions.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.

• Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with good accounting knowledge may apply).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
