Key Responsibilities

· Maintain daily accounting records and entries

· Prepare invoices, quotation, purchase entries, and payment vouchers

· Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work

· Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

· Support month-end and year-end accounting activities

· Maintain records of expenses, bills, and financial documents

· Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for account-related matters

· Assist senior accountants in audits and reporting

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

· Familiarity with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software

· Good numerical and analytical skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of GST filing and bookkeeping

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
