Job Title: Accounts & Compliance Executive

Company: Corporate Solutions Firm

Experience: 3–4 Years (CA Firm Background Preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Compliance Executive with prior experience in a CA firm. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Conduct and support internal/external audits
Manage ROC filings and ensure timely compliance with corporate laws
Prepare and file Income Tax returns
Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for compliance matters

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in a CA firm / professional services setup
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
Good understanding of statutory regulations and filing procedures
Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
