Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Location: Kandivali (East)
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Finance Manager / CFO

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive/Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain day-to-day financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process payments, reconcile outstanding balances, and manage collections.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

• GST/TDS Compliance: Handle tax calculations, filings, and ensure compliance with local tax laws.

• Payroll Processing: Assist in salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory payments (PF, ESI, etc.).

• Audit Support: Work with auditors to ensure smooth internal and external audits.

• MIS Reporting: Generate reports for management analysis and decision-making.

Key Requirements:            

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Software Proficiency: Knowledge of accounting software.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of financial regulations.

• Compliance: Understanding of taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
