Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal & Contra entries)

• Maintain Books of Accounts in Tally

• Prepare and verify Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills & Credit/Debit Notes

• Assist in GST compliance – data preparation for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation

• Support Accounts Receivable & Payable tracking

• Follow up on customer payments and vendor dues

• Assist in bank entries, bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Maintain statutory records and documents

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and internal teams

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers & documents

• Support senior accountant in monthly closing activities
  

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles

• Working knowledge of Tally

• Understanding of GST basics (steel/manufacturing preferred)

• Knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate)

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Accuracy, discipline, and willingness to learn

Industry Preference

• Experience in Steel / Manufacturing / Trading industry will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
