The Tally Accountant is responsible for managing day‑to‑day accounting operations using Tally ERP or Tally Prime. This role involves accurate bookkeeping, handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, GST/VAT compliance (as applicable), and preparation of financial reports. The accountant ensures that financial data is recorded correctly and supports the finance team in audits and month-end closing.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

• Enter day-to-day transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely follow‑ups.

• Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and ensure all entries are correctly posted.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Generate customized reports from Tally (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Inventory Summary, etc.).

• Assist the finance team during budgeting, forecasting, and audit activitie
