We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, ensure statutory compliance, and prepare financial reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Generate MIS reports for management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in commerce (BCom), Accounting, or Finance.
1–5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
Experience: 1–5 years
Working
6 days working 10 am to 8:30 pm.
