Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory and company guidelines

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliation

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable

• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings and ensure timely compliance with all statutory regulations

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits

• Maintain fixed asset register and oversee inventory accounting

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting

• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for financial transactions

• Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing of manufactured goods

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher (M.Com, CA Inter preferred)

• Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company

• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and tax regulations

• Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred:

• Prior experience with steel or fabrication industry

• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing processes
