Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Job Location: BBD Bag, Howrah

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliations
Handle day-to-day accounting activities and transactions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) preferred
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Salary:

Upto ₹15k/Month
