Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation.
Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks.
Support in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather relevant information and provide updates.
Coordinate with senior team members to ensure smooth execution of accounting and audit processes.
Assist in maintaining payroll records and processing payments.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field.
Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and income tax is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting and finance domain.
