Job Responsibilities:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for recording basic accounting entries, such as sales, purchases, and journal entries for the firm and its associate concerns. The ideal candidate should have exposure to TDS, GST, PF, and ESI, along with good knowledge of Tally and Excel. Proficiency in computer applications and automation is a plus. Detailed responsibilities include:

Day-to-Day Bookkeeping – Recording purchase, payment, and receipt entries.

Bank Reconciliation.

Reconciliation of GSTR-2A with books for GST compliance.

Maintenance of vouchers and records in an organized manner.

Managing general accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Preparation of TDS payable list, PF and ESI list, Vendor payment due list, etc.

Handling specific tasks assigned by Senior Accounts Executive or partners.

Skill Set:

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Exposure to TDS, GST, PF, and ESI.

Proficiency in Tally and Excel.

Good organizational skills for maintaining records and vouchers.

Familiarity with bank reconciliation.

Ability to manage general accounting functions.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Effective communication skills.

Proficiency in computer applications and automation tools.
