We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at Bhimji Velji Sorathia Construction Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily & Core Accounting Support

  • Ledger Maintenance: Update and maintain general ledgers, journals, and day-to-day transaction records.

  • Reconciliations: Perform daily or monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations to catch discrepancies.

  • Accounts Payable (A/P): Process vendor invoices, verify expense receipts, and prepare outbound payment batches.

  • Accounts Receivable (A/R): Issue itemised invoices to clients, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Month-End Close:

    Assist senior staff with closing cycles, preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.

• Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a Minimum 6 Month Experience . Applicants must have knowledge about accounting.
