Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our professional team in managing day-to-day accounting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts in Tally/Accounting software.

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

• Prepare working papers for GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax filings.

• Assist in drafting and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).

• Support the team in preparing TDS returns, forms, and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with clients for data collection, follow-ups, and documentation.

• Assist in statutory and tax audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

• Maintain proper records, files, and compliance trackers.

• Provide administrative support related to accounting and taxation.
